Throughout class, Happy Babies will learn new yoga poses that help develop important physical skills while also tapping into their imagination. Minis will also get a chance to build great social skills through games and group activities, and learn how to use their breath to calm their minds and bodies.
Mondays 5:15- 6:00pm
Little Yogis practice combines yoga and play, connecting new yoga poses together for short sequences, and play fun yoga games that encourage memory recall, strategy, and teamwork! This class dives deeper into the physical aspect of yoga (which muscles are being used/body awareness) as well as different mindfulness ideas and practices.
Mondays 6:15- 7:00pm
This class focuses on longer yoga sequences, linking breath to movement, and deeper mindfulness and meditation practices, while still incorporating games and fun! The Warriors class gets kiddos moving, and is a great outlet for expression and reflection outside of school and competitive sports.
